Rates are published, not hidden behind a quote form: $250 for one hour at a reception or executive dinner, $450 for two hours, $750 for a half day, and $1,450 for a full day, each with a commercial use license. Your team gets 15–20 edited previews within 48 hours for LinkedIn and the recap email, and the full gallery within five business days.
The paperwork is ready before you ask: $1M/$2M general liability insurance with a certificate of insurance the same day, a W-9, an itemized invoice, and net-30 terms for the balance.
Kichdimna Photography is an insured corporate event photographer based in Overland Park and serving the Kansas City metro. Coverage is $250 for one hour, $450 for two hours with 75+ edited images, $750 for up to four hours with 150+ images, and $1,450 for up to eight hours with 300+ images and same-day social selects. Every package includes a commercial use license, 15–20 edited previews within 48 hours, and the full gallery within five business days. A second photographer is $250 per hour. Companies get $1M/$2M general liability coverage with a same-day certificate of insurance, a W-9, and net-30 invoicing.
