These terms summarize how bookings work with Kichdimna Photography. Every booking is also confirmed in writing, and that written agreement applies if anything differs.

Booking and payment

A 30% retainer secures your date, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your session. Payment plans are available for wedding packages. Major credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle are accepted.

Weather

For outdoor portrait sessions, weather is monitored closely and free rescheduling is offered for weather issues. Weddings go ahead in whatever conditions the day brings.

Delivery

Portrait sessions are delivered within 5–7 business days, and wedding galleries within 4–6 weeks. Most sessions include a sneak peek of 5–10 images within 48 hours.

Image rights

All packages include full personal print rights, so you can print your images anywhere you choose. Commercial use rights are included in corporate packages, and wedding couples receive a full print release with their gallery.

Travel

Travel within 40 miles of Kansas City is included in all packages. Beyond that, travel fees are calculated based on distance.
